Criminal Record Checks
As most of our jobs involve working with vulnerable adults, children or young people we require all applicants to apply for a Disclosure check.
This will highlight any previous convictions, including cautions. Any job offer will be subject to a satisfactory check being received.
All recruitment is primarily based on merit and the applicant’s suitability for the role. Having a criminal record does not necessarily mean you cannot work with us. However, you becoming part of our team will depend on the nature of the position and the circumstances of any offences.
