The results are in! 96% of Blenheim’s service users were happy with the services they received in May 2018

Blenheim’s latest service user survey results are in, showing 96% of service users were happy with the support they received, up from 94% in July 2017.

476 service users across 17 different services completed the survey with 94% reporting that they would recommend Blenheim’s services to others.

80% of service users felt their local Blenheim service had helped reduce their drug and alcohol use, and 82% believed their general health and wellbeing had improved through the care they had been given.

A service user in Blenheim’s DAWS Hammersmith and Fulham service, said of the treatment they received: “It has changed my outlook and perspective and enabled me to focus on my creativity. The service has allowed me to maintain a healthy lifestyle and given me confidence to deal with stressful situations. The staff have been very kind and supportive and provided me with the inspiration to never give up, be strong and progress forward.”

Blenheim provides drug and alcohol treatment services across London aiming to improve not only the health of the individual but also have a lasting positive impact on the wellbeing of their families, friends, and communities in which they live.
