Deborah Jenkins – Interim Director of Innovation and Growth

Deborah Jenkins

Deborah has over 15 years’ experience in management consultancy across the public private and third sector and has delivered strategic consultancy services to the CEOs, SMT & Boards of major national and regional charities. She has worked with the Board and Senior Leadership Team of Blenheim as a strategic advisor and consultant for the past 5 years.

Prior to taking up the role at Blenheim she held a Senior Leadership position as Associate Director at PPL, a specialist health and social care consultancy, where she led teams and directed complex change programmes in the health and social care sector. As part of her portfolio of work at PPL, Deborah led one of the largest Better Care Fund programmes in England, a £190m programme integrating the commissioning and delivery of care for the local population across Westminster, Kensington and Chelsea and Hammersmith and Fulham.

She is adept at managing teams and stakeholders from multiple organisations to ensure successful and timely delivery of strategic objectives. Deborah is an experienced facilitator and leader, with a strong foundation in project and programme management. She has a BSc (Hons) from Bristol University, is PRINCE2 and MSP accredited and is fluent in Spanish.
