Simon Lincoln – Director of HR, Finance and Facilities
Simon is an experienced HR professional who has over 14 years experience in the voluntary, public and private sectors.
Simon sits on the National Substance Misuse HR Group and co-authored the CIPD Guide to Preparing and Transferring Services in the Public and Non-Profit Sectors. Simon has a Masters in Employment Relations and Law at Kingston University and also has the IoSH Managing Safely qualification.
In his role as Director of HR, Simon leads our Human Resources team to support the effective recruitment and ethical management of our people. He also leads on the development of Blenheim’s staff and volunteers, overseeing the management of our Training and Volunteers Departments. Simon works within the Senior Management Team supporting and advising on all matters related to Human Resources ensuring that best employment practice is applied.
