Drug & Alcohol Wellbeing Service (DAWS)
The Drug & Alcohol Wellbeing Service (DAWS) is the substance misuse treatment service for the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham, the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, and the City of Westminster. We run the service with Turning Point, who between us have decades of experience of providing services in the area. Visit the DAWS wellbeing cloud for more information.
BoB (Build on Belief) provides a socially based service on Wednesday evenings and at the weekend, with healthy hot food and drinks, groups and activities.
North Kensington and Grenfell Response
Tel: 07850 773696 (available until 8pm Monday – Friday)
The Navigators are your first point of contact for the drug and alcohol services in Kensington and Chelsea, specifically making links for those residents and services working in response to the Grenfell tragedy. We are out and about across North Kensington to direct, assist and introduce local people needing support into the treatment system.
We carry out home visits, providing brief interventions, and promote health and wellbeing related recovery options. We also provide drug and alcohol awareness training for services working with individuals who have been affected in North Kensington. Book on Eventbrite.
Run in partnership with Turning Point and CGL.
